I've been enjoying myself this past week in Colorado. And of course, now I want a cabin in the mountains! Being the techy nerd that I am, I started scouring the internet for pictures of cabins ... these are a few I found that I really like. I can dream, can't I?

Today, my friend Kristina and I visited the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, Colorado. And we got the biggest surprise - we ran into Ms. Opal Lee! If you don’t know who she is, click on the link down below. It was truly an honor to meet her, and as she held me hand and told me how important it was for everyone to be informed and get involved, I will freely admit I got misty-eyed. She is a national treasure, y’all!
