Review of Factor75 Meal Delivery Service - Don’t Bother!

While the meals are tasty with decent lunch-sized portions, I have to admit the cost doesn’t make it worthwhile. Coming in at almost $13 per meal, it’s far too expensive. Grant it, the meals are fully prepared (2 minutes in a microwave, and they are ready to eat), so you’re paying for the convenience. This meal service is great if you’re working full-time, and don’t have time to prepare lunches or don’t want to eat out every day. 

My biggest complaint is that my first delivery was missing a full meal! I reported it and was told my second delivery would have a credit. When the second delivery was confirmed and paid for, I noticed the credit hadn’t been awarded, so I contacted their customer service department again. Turns out the first agent DID NOT submit the credit request!

So … decent food and portions, but too expensive and terrible customer service.

In Memory and Honor of Princess Bellarose

 I had to say goodbye to my little old lady, Belle, a couple of weeks ago. It was truly a difficult decision, but her quality of life had been declining for quite some time. It was time to let her move on. 

In her memory, I think I’d like to start fostering senior dogs. I see so many senior dogs on shelter websites, and it just breaks my heart. They need to be shown love and dignity in their last moments  

My Dad

 My dad and I had a very complicated, and sometimes adversarial, relationship. We shared the same name, but other than that there wasn’t a whole lot that we had in common. However, he was my dad and I loved him. He’s been gone now for almost 8 years, and there is not a day that goes by that I don’t miss him. Happy birthday, Pops!

Life Update

 Hello everyone. Just a quick post to let everyone know that I am doing well, enjoying my new HDI’s! Hey seriously, I have no idea how I was driving at night over the past two years. I am currently seeing about 20/30 in my right eye, and 20/40 in in my left eye. I have a check up appointment with my surgeon in a couple of weeks, and will see how things have progressed. So far, I am extremely happy. I hope everyone is doing well, and I hope that you are taking this Lenten season to reflect on your life and how you can improve things for those around you.
